Dashboard

Your central hub for monitoring showroom performance, active inventory, and team activity at a glance.

Cars in Stock

The Cars in stock card counts every vehicle in the selected branches that has not been archived, whatever its status — Acquired, In Recon, Ready, Reserved, Sold or Delivered. The line beneath it says how many of those are ready to sell, and the Ready to sell card next to it counts only those. Archived vehicles are not counted.

Aging Distribution

The Aging Distribution chart breaks down your inventory by how long each vehicle has been in stock. Vehicles are grouped into time buckets: 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and 90+ days. Aging stock ties up capital and may need price adjustments or promotions to move.

Branch Health

Branch Health provides a quick summary of each branch's key metrics: total stock count, average days in stock, and recent activity. Use this section to identify branches that may need attention, such as those with high aging averages or low turnover rates.

My Pipeline

My Pipeline shows your personal deals and leads in progress. Each deal is shown at its current stage: Inquiry, Test Drive, Negotiation, Reserved, Agreed, or Documentation. Click any card to jump directly to the deal details. The pipeline helps you prioritize your daily follow-ups.

Reports

The Reports tile takes you to the report hub, which holds five reports: Profitability Report, Daily Closing, Receivables, Management Summary, and Accountant Pack. Each has its own date controls, and most a branch filter. Reports can be printed or exported with Export CSV; the Accountant Pack is the exception — it is a single Excel workbook covering a chosen month.

Recent Activity

Recent Activity displays a chronological feed of actions taken across your organization: new vehicles added, status changes, deals updated, and team member actions. This feed helps managers stay informed about what's happening without checking each section individually.

Common questions

How is the Cars in stock number counted?
It counts every non-archived vehicle in the branches you have selected, at any status: Acquired, In Recon, Ready, Reserved, Sold, Delivered. There is no 'Available' status in ShowOps — Ready is the sale-ready one, and the Ready to sell card counts that separately. If you switch branch filters, the count updates to reflect only the selected branches.
Why don't the numbers match my Excel sheet?
Dashboard numbers are real-time and reflect the current state of your inventory. Excel sheets may be outdated if they haven't been updated recently. Common differences include: vehicles recently sold but not yet removed from Excel, new arrivals not yet added, or status changes made by other team members. The dashboard is always the source of truth.
What does aging mean for my inventory?
Aging refers to the number of days a vehicle has been in your inventory since its purchase or arrival date. High aging (90+ days) means the vehicle has been sitting unsold for a long time, which ties up your capital. Industry best practice is to keep average aging below 60 days. Consider price reductions or targeted marketing for vehicles approaching the 90-day mark.
Can I customize which widgets appear on my dashboard?
Dashboard customization is not available in the current version. All users see the same dashboard layout. However, you can filter data by branch using the branch selector in the header. Widget customization is planned for a future release.
