Customer Profile

The lifetime view of a single customer — all their leads, all their deals, total spend, plus business details for B2B accounts. Use this surface when a returning buyer walks in and you need their history at a glance.

Lifetime KPIs

Four cards at the top show lifetime leads (every inquiry they've ever made), lifetime deals (every negotiation), closed-won count (deals that became sales), and lifetime spend in your workspace currency (sum of agreed prices on closed-won deals). These numbers cover the customer's entire history with your dealership.

VIP and Discreet Tags

If the customer is tagged VIP (amber pill next to the name), they're a known high-value buyer — prioritize follow-up. The Discreet tag (grey pill) flags a customer whose details you don't want broadcast across the team; their records still appear, but admins can use this signal to limit access or skip them in reports.

Business Details (B2B Only)

When the customer type is 'business', a Business Details card shows the CR number, VAT number, and payment terms (COD or 'Net X' days). These fields are filled in when the customer is created as B2B and feed into invoicing and credit-period tracking. Individual customers don't show this card.

Recent Deals and Leads

Two columns at the bottom list the customer's most recent deals (with stage badge and agreed price) and their most recent leads (with status). Click any row to open the full record. If the customer is new and has only one entry, the columns may be short — that's expected.

Common questions

Where do I edit customer details (phone, email, name)?
V1 doesn't have a dedicated customer-edit page — customer fields are updated through the lead or deal that created them. Open the most recent lead or deal and edit there; the change propagates to this profile.
Why is the lifetime spend lower than I expected?
Lifetime spend sums agreed prices on closed-won deals only — pending or lost deals don't count. If a deal is still in negotiation, its price isn't in this total. Cancelled or voided deals are also excluded.
Can I see customers from other branches?
Customers are organization-wide, not branch-scoped, so the profile itself is visible to anyone in your tenant. But the recent deals and leads are filtered by your branch access — if you can't see a particular branch, its records won't show up in the lists here.
