What the Invoice Shows
The invoice includes the dealer name, CR number, address, logo, customer details, vehicle details, agreed price, configured VAT fields, and recorded payments. Bilingual English and Arabic headers support your recordkeeping; confirm the final document with your adviser.
Printing the Invoice
Click Print at the top right. The page is laid out for A4 with margins already set — your browser's print dialog should default to A4. The toolbar and ShowOps navigation are hidden during print; only the invoice block is sent to the printer. For PDF, use your browser's 'Save as PDF' destination in the print dialog.
Where the Data Comes From
Dealer name, CR number, address, VAT registration, VAT rate, and the logo are pulled from Settings > Organization. If a field on the invoice prints blank, fix it there — there is no inline edit on this page. The customer line comes from the deal record. The vehicle line comes from the linked vehicle in inventory. To change the agreed price, return to the deal and edit before regenerating.
Voiding or Reissuing
ShowOps keeps an issued invoice immutable to preserve its audit trail. If a mistake is found, void it with a reason and issue a replacement. Confirm whether any additional legal or tax document is required with your adviser.
Common questions
- Why is the invoice showing a blank dealer address?
- The address comes from your organization profile. Go to Settings > Organization, fill in the address fields, and reload the invoice page. Other compliance fields (CR, VAT) work the same way.
- Does VAT calculate automatically?
- ShowOps calculates the configured VAT treatment and shows the resulting totals. A disabled VAT setting does not itself establish a legal exemption; confirm the correct treatment with your accountant.
- Can the buyer pay through this invoice directly?
- No. The invoice is a printable record of the transaction. Payments are recorded separately on the deal's Finance section once received (cash, bank transfer, financing payout, etc.). ShowOps does not collect payment online in V1.
