Leads

Track and manage incoming buyer inquiries. Prioritize follow-ups, filter by source and status, and convert qualified leads into deals.

Lead Statuses

Leads progress through statuses: New (just received), Contacted (initial outreach made), Qualified (genuine buyer interest confirmed), Converted (became a deal), and Lost (decided not to buy). Use status filters to focus on leads needing attention.

Lead Sources

Track where each lead comes from: walk-in, phone call, WhatsApp, website, referral, or social media. Source tracking helps you understand which marketing channels bring the most buyers and allocate resources accordingly.

Overdue Follow-Ups

Leads with overdue follow-up dates are highlighted in red. This means the scheduled follow-up time has passed without a recorded interaction. Overdue leads should be contacted immediately — delays reduce conversion rates significantly.

Filtering Leads

Filter leads by status, source, assigned team member, branch, and date range. Combine filters to narrow your view — for example, show only 'New' leads from 'WhatsApp' at a specific branch. Active filters are shown as chips that can be cleared individually.

Common questions

What's the difference between a lead and a deal?
A lead is an inquiry from a potential buyer who hasn't committed to a specific vehicle yet. A deal is created when a lead is qualified and begins negotiating on a specific vehicle. Convert a lead to a deal when the buyer is serious about purchasing a particular car.
How do I mark a lead as lost?
Open the lead detail page and change the status to 'Lost'. You'll be asked to select a lost reason (e.g., price too high, bought elsewhere, no response). Lost reasons help you identify patterns and improve your conversion process.
Can I assign a lead to a different team member?
Yes, open the lead and change the assigned team member from the detail page. The new assignee will see the lead in their pipeline. Lead reassignment is logged in the activity history.
