What's Logged
The audit log captures: vehicle creation/edits/status changes, deal stage changes and pricing updates, payment recordings, team member additions/removals, settings changes, imports, transfers, and discount approvals. Every action includes the user, timestamp, and details of what changed.
Filtering the Log
Filter audit entries by entity type (vehicle, deal, payment), by an action search that matches the action text, and by a from/to date range. Combine them to narrow an investigation — for example every payment entry in the week a discrepancy appeared. The actor is shown on each row rather than being a filter.
Exporting Audit Data
Export audit log entries with the Export CSV button, for compliance reviews, management reporting, or archival. The export respects your current filters — so you can export just the entries you need. Exported files include all fields: timestamp, user, action, entity, and change details.
